Charles H. Keys, owner of Key Benefits Insurance Agency, Inc. (KBIA) lives in Northville Michigan with Mary, his wife and Dickens, their loveable Cocker Spaniel. They have two adult children Rebecca and Jason (who is married to Kim and they have 3 kids).

Charles H. Keys was a former Detroit Police Officer (with many awards, citations and recognitions for police work and civic initiatives). He served on the Detroit YMCA Board of Directors, Detroit Police 2 nd Precinct founder and leader Law Enforcement Explorer Post 202 and other civic organizations. He was also an elected City Councilman in Northville Michigan in addition to serving on the City Planning Commission, Youth Assistance Board, Senior Advisory Council, past President of the Northville Rotary Club, Fire Department Explorer Post 1717 founder with many other civic involvements. Mr. Keys is a well known Life and Health Insurance industry spokesperson and an advocate for Senior Citizens Asset Protection Strategic Planning.

When at Allstate Insurance Company, Charles H. Keys was recognized as the Number 1 National Life Insurance Specialist (with many other awards, citations and recognitions). Mr. Keys holds insurance designations, as a C.S.A. (Certified Senior Advisor) and C.B.C. (Chartered Benefits Consultant) in addition to his State of Michigan license in Life, Accident and Health Insurance.
